Caddy Issues innovated the LF4/LF3 Intercooler Upgrade Kit in 2020 and has been racing, improving, and testing it ever since! Our unique modifications (Patent pending) helped us run the World’s first 9-sec ¼-mile using this kit; it outflows and outperforms all other engine-bay reservoirs for GM Alpha-platform cars. More 9-second ATS-Vs run this reservoir kit than all others, combined.

These kits come pre-assembled and ready to install, with everything you need to solve your intercooler bleeding issues. All you provide is your car, common hand tools, and 1/2 to 1 hour of installation time.

Features:

  • Self-bleeding system maintains optimum performance (no bleeder screws, vacuum systems, or dowel rods needed… EVER!). Just top the tank off like a normal radiator reservoir.
  • Block-off plug replaces the leaking, heavy factory vacuum port.
  • 0.8qt Polymer Tank
    • Caddy Issues modifications (Patent pending) drain the tank 560% faster than an unmodified tank and provide 200% more air recirculation protection.
    • Maintains full performance at >13gpm flow rate.
    • See-through tank for easy level checking.
    • Polymer tank keeps your intercooler coolant colder than metal tanks.
    • Increases coolant volume 25%, with the extra coolant directly over the pump inlet.
  • Molded hoses combine high flow with the tightest bends. The aramid-reinforced EPDM rubber is rated for 250°F.
  • Locking reservoir cap prevents services techs from topping-off the reservoir with unknown mixtures.

CTS V-Sport Kit Differences (vs. ATS-V):

  1. No Tank Bracket: The V-Sport kit does NOT include a reservoir tank bracket because: 1. the engine bay is much tighter, and 2. the radiator shroud does not have a mounting slot. The molded hoses keep the tank located precisely and securely between the radiator shroud and the air intake tube.
  2. Plastic Shroud cutting: The V-Sport kit requires cutting the plastic bracket for the cooling fan connector. This allows the tank to be placed snugly against the radiator shroud. The connector is relocated to the left of the intercooler reservoir (shown in the V-Sport engine bay photos).
